At around 12:30pm CST, we began receiving alerts that various mojoPOS functions were failing. This includes inbound SMS messages such as loyalty sign ups and customer arrival notification for curb side check-in. Other functions affected were saving new customers for delivery and loyalty.
The issues occurred due to a mis-configured Security Update that began to see these interaction as security threats and blocked them.
Once identified, the security update was removed and we are now monitoring the system for further issues.
